Sortech

Sortech is a machine of great flexibility, able to meet multiple requests with variable length and width depending on the type of control and the type of plant in which it is inserted. In addition to being able to dynamically link different input and output configurations, it enables a wide range of actions identifiable in the:
– Rotator: performs the rotation of products, both continuous and discontinuous
– Diverter/Divider: dividing the incoming flow into multiple rows
– Aligner: Single-row alignment of multiple arrival flows
– Reject: deviation of the product to be rejected
– Preparer: creation of the lateral fixed wire for subsequent operations
The peculiarity, as well as one of the most interesting features, is that Sortech does not require any accident protection as it has no external moving parts.
